Access to Mortgage Loan registry

Quicken did an update when I opened it yesterday and I updated my accounts. However, the register in my Mortgage Loan eliminated the opening balance that was entered 3 years ago and created an adjustment for yesterday for the amount of the opening balance minus the principal paid. Now my graphs show no loan value except for yesterday, namely my Net Worth graph. How do you get into the registry to correct this or what does Intuit plan to do to rememdy this since I suspect it from the last update?

It sounds to me like this is a "downloading" loan Account in Quicken. With a downloading loan - one where the lender is feeding information into the loan Account - you have no access to the loan register.

If that's in fact the case then Deactivating the Account from downloading should result in the loan register being available to you.
