I too am having the same problem. I have found that if you manually download the transactions into Quicken from the Elan website then the correct ending balance downloads also and therefore you can reconcile.
Obviously not the most convenient situation but it avoids jerry rigging the reconciliation process.
Hopefully Quicken gets this sorted out because by virtue of the fact that the above work around is successful it implies that the issue is on the Quicken update side.

Add me to the list - first noticed a couple of weeks ago, and as others have reported, this is the only card that has this issue (and this is not the first time this has happened).
My workaround is to accept all transactions and allow Quicken to add a balance adjustment of under $1.00, which I promptly delete.

The full online balance with cents is now showing for me with the Elan connection.
