I still can't use One Step Update with Wells Fargo and now import QFX file doesn't work either

This is incredibly frustrating. The work around of going to Wells Fargo, downloading the data and then using File Import to import the QFX file worked for a few days last week. Now NOTHING is working. I can't update the one file that is the most important.

HELP PLEASE!

    Having not told us what errors you got when you tried the .QFX import makes it extremely difficult for anyone to help you.

    QFX import worked this morning. But OneStep Update still doesn't work, and I get no error messages.
