why are bestschwab not confirming my transaction

    Who or what is "bestschwab?"

    I'm guessing you're referring to downloads from some Financial Institution and not receiving downloads? Is the Quicken Account properly set up as a "downloading" Account? Does the "Online Services" tab of the "Account Details" show that you're connected?
