Why doesn't Quicken work with Merrill Lynch Benefits online? I select the institution from your dropdown list, verify the web address displayed on your dropdown list, click setup and your system brings me to a manual setup screen. I do not want a manual setup for this account, I want Quicken to electronically get my data from www benefits.ml.com. It does not work today.
This combined with your inability to manage my Fidelity cash account (not a stock account) informs me that your product is not worth paying for. Glitchy at best, poorly conceived in general.

Sorry that you are having issues with Quicken. However, the Merrill Lynch Benefits Online issue is not a Quicken problem. The only type of download connection that Merrill Lynch Benefits allows/supports is the one where you have to download files and "import" the transactions.
If you provide more information about the apparent error you are seeing with your Fidelity cash account, we might be able to help you.

Note that with the Merrill Lynch account it isn't "purely manual". You create the account "manual", but then you go to the Merril Lync benefits website then select your account and then Activity → Download to Quicken. That will export the Web Connect/QFX file that you can open and it will import the transactions into the Quicken register.
