What is the expected resolution time for "Ongoing" bugs?
I am running into an issue with one of my account that I located in the "Known Issues" as an ONGOING. Issue is 3 months old with last update about 2 months ago. Is this something that is just hard to fix or just that it is not getting much attention? Seems like the issue was identified early on (a change in source data format), so the solution would have taken less than a couple of months. Out of curiosity I started poking around at other "Ongoing" issues, and found at least some of these sorts of issues are going on for years and are still marked as "Ongoing"
What should we, as customers, expect? What are our options here?

Most connectivity issues that linger likely involve something the financial institution needs to address which is out of Quicken's control. I don't think there's any generality for when such things get fixed; it can take a few weeks, a few months, or longer.
