ONGOING! 4/8/24 Quicken Loans- FDP-103/CC-503 and FDP-105/CC-505

We are getting reports that customers who are trying to connect accounts for Quicken Loans are getting a FDP-103 error (Quicken for Mac) or a CC-503 error (Quicken for Windows).

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.

UPDATE 3/29/24

It appears that Quicken Loans is now blocking connection, and users will now get a FDP-105 in Quicken for Mac and CC-505 in Quicken for Windows.

We do not have an ETA at this time for a resolution for this issue, though our teams continue to work towards a solution. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
