Mobile app cannot save transactions

I have an issue with one iPhone not being able to save a transaction. I went through the steps to verify my dataset name which was okay and then I reset my cloud data. Now non of my mobile device can save a transaction. Any other thoughts? This started with just my iPhone not being able to enter a transaction. Now none of our Apple products works.
