Is there a keyboard shortcut to mark a register entry as reconciled e.g. Ctrl (CMD on a Mac)+(shift + any key)?
No, but you can click in the transaction's Clr field then select Reconciled.
As I've been using Quicken for over 20 years, I'm well aware of clicking on the CLR field. I'm trying to avoid using the mouse.

Date field keyboard shortcuts
Assuming today's date is May 7th, 2020 and it is shown in the date field and you are using standard US - style dates (this may not work with other date formats) ...
Thank you all, but a simple answer would have been no.
I'm trying to avoid using the mouse.
Alt-e then rlr does it without the mouse.
Personally, I would use the mouse.
Thanks, but too many keystrokes, I was hoping for something simpler. I'll use the mouse.
Yeah that sequence would be more useful for writing a script than anything you would want to type!
You can reduce, but not eliminate mouse clicks by selecting a group of transactions and marking them all as reconciled at once.
Better yet, perform an actual reconcile in every account on a regular basis. Then you never have to manually mark transactions reconciled.
