Customize Cash Flow Report

I am using Quicken for Windows (R5.15) and would like to prepare a cash flow report for Q1 2024 that compares the values to the same quarter last year. I know I can print two different reports for each year and compare the values but is would be very helpful if Quicken would do the comparison on the same report. Any ideas if the is feasible?

    Have you tried the report at Reports > Comparison > Cash flow comparison? Set the date range to Quarterly and Current quarter.
