OSU Error Message Upon Quicken Startup [Edited]

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I receive the following message when I log onto Quicken Classic for Windows 11 and when I log off:
"Your last online session was not completed. Do you want to try again?"
It goes away when I respond "No" but returns when I respond "Yes". I believe this started following the last Quicken update.

Of course it returns when you reply YES. You've told it that you want to try again.
