One Step Update Painfully Slow

One Step Update is painfully slow (over 20 minutes). This has been going on for days.

I reset my cloud data. I validated the file. I've closed Quicken and rebooted the PC. I even cut my finger and drew a letter Q on the screen. (One of these troubleshooting steps is false - bet you can't guess which one!!!)

I'm open to other suggestions. I have the log file from the validate but I doubt it would be helpful.

In the screenshot, the lone green dot belongs to my retirement brokerage connection.

    If you initiate the downloads one account at a time, from within each account, can you identify any account(s) that are particularly slow?

    If so, what type(s) of accounts are they?

    @NotACPA thanks for your reply and excuse my delay in responding. Your suggestion worked great. I deactivated the online services for any account(s) causing issues. For anyone interested, you can follow this post to deactivate online services as of the time I am writing this:
