What is wrong with the forms designer?? Exiting the designer crashes Quicken [Edited]

VERY Experienced quicken user, newest release subscription Home and Business; fully patched windows 10

This crashes Quicken EVERY TIME I use it. Simply exiting from the Designer crashes Quicken.

It doesn't pull the name in the Bill To field,

It doesn't wrap the address fields
