CC-505 error trying to download from Rocket Mortgage (edit)

    Here is the screen shot of the error I keep receiving and Quicken version I’m running. I reported this problem to Quicken twice but haven’t received a response

    What is the relationship between QUICKEN and QUICKEN LOANS exactly I wonder? (Yes, capital letters used intentionally for emphasis.) At least on the surface, one might reasonably assume that these companies are somehow related, and consequently might actually work TOGETHER to provide their customers with a positive experience? Am I misunderstanding something?

    This has been going on for quite a while now, and with no meaningful updates. (No, the "still ongoing" thread is not a meaningful update, I am sorry.)
