when attempting to update transactions, quicken is attempts to connect to bank. Opens the browser, and able to sign in, but it won't authorize. Makes you go thru the sign in, go to profile, and allow apps to connect, but quicken does not connect at all and continues to provide the spinner feed back. The quicken classic deluxe version R55.26 Build 27.1.55.26 - I wish i had never updated to this version!

Ditto. Takes me to Citi bank login - I login and authorize (all good on Citi bank card end) - but Quicken won't update. Just get a spinning circle which will go on for hours if I let it. Thoughts?

I'm having the same problem. I've tried in Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, and it authorizes at Citi's end, but Quicken just gives me the spinning circle until it times out and says to try again. Which, of course, gives the same result. I feel like I had the same problem updating one of my other banks a few months ago.

You want to connect your credit cards to Citi Cards, not Citibank.
See my post here for the how-to.

Actually the last post is incorrect, at least for me. I was having a hard time connecting as @richcoleman67 described. Quicken was trying to connect me via Citi Cards, and Citi was approving, but then Quicken timed out. I went back a step and actually chose Citibank and did everything all over again and it worked!
