Reconciliation error for Fidelty Rewards Visa from Elan

Beginning on 3/7/2024, I have been unable to reconcile my Fidelty Elan Visa account. Quicken is dropping the cents from the "Statement Ending Balance" (online) which means it's always a few cents off from the "Cleared Balance," which is correct. I've checked my account on Elan, and it's correct there, but the "Online" balance in Quicken does not include the cents from that online balance. As such, it's never going to reconcile automatically. What's needed to correct this bug?

    This is a known issue. See the Alert that has been posted about it: UPDATED 4/2/24 Elan Financial Services/ Fidelity Rewards Online Balance missing Cents.

    There is a long thread on this issue. It started out as a error code issue with Elan but after it was resolved and downloads resumed it was replaced by the Online Balance no-cents issue so the discussion continued down that new path. In this thread, there is a solution that many are saying (including myself) works well….and it is not a workaround. It is a new (since Dec) connection set up. You might want to consider trying it yourself to see if it resolves the issue for you. Here is the link to the 3/22/2024 post in that thread that talks about how to change to the new connection.:
