Citi Double Cash Card

When I have a credit balance on Citi Double Cash, the Auto Reconcile function double the credit balance and cannot auto reconcile the account. This persists until the balance swings to a Debit balance and then everything works properly. Any thoughts?

    Sounds like Citi is not providing the correct Online Balance.

    I was recently in the same position with CapOne, but I do Web Connect .QFX downloads and reconcile to the Paper Statement, but entering a negative balance (since being in debt is a positive thing to the CC company) and my reconciles worked as expected.
