Security missing in portfolio view but not hidden

So I downloaded a slew of transactions from my broker and mistakenly said one of them was the same as another. I unlinked them, added the new security, unchecked the hide box but I still don't don't see it in the portfolio view nor is its value in the account total. I also have another security that was hidden, not involved in a link, that is in the same boat. I can see both of these in the transaction register
There was another post just like this that is closed that had no answer supplied.
The security ticker symbols are BAC and GE.

The first thing to do is go to the Portfolio View, click on Options then Customize Security View. Click the Securities tab and make sure that the "missing" securities are selected.
