Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
Quicken is not recognizing my correct user id's and passwords for my new Sears cards. I know the id's and passwords are correct in that I'm able to log into the site for each account. However, when trying to set up On line Services in Quicken, I receive the message "incorrect user ID or password." Any suggestions on a work around? I've been trying for a couple of days. I received and entered the new card information yesterday. I am using the latest version of Quicken.

My Sears Master Card seems to be working OK. Do you have the Financial Institution set to "Sears Card?"

No. The account number was changed so I was setting it up as a new account and using Citi. Thank you for the feedback. It solved the problem!
