How to link to a Citibank Private Bank account?

Citi's Private Bank has recently added support for Quicken downloads via its InVision interface. Under your user profile, there is a Quicken support tab where you can create a username and password that Quicken can use to communicate with privatebank.citibank.com.

This is great, but I can't figure out how to link my existing Quicken account with this Citibank server. Searching in the add account dialogue box for Citi Private Bank links to online.citibank.com which is an entirely different system which cannot access Citi Private Bank accounts.

Any solutions or work arounds?

In the Add Account dialog, try searching for Private, instead of Citi.

Thanks! This worked perfectly. Unfortunately, on the Citi side, the system only seems to see bank accounts. No brokerage or investment accounts. I've gotta talk to Citi to see if this is correct. If it is, it does not help very much at all.

Did you try "Citi Private Bank - Investments" as shown above?
