Annuity owned in a brokerage

Please give me some suggestions for recording an annuity in a brokerage account . There is no symbol. i am not trying to track price. I can update it monthly. thanks

Are you downloading into this brokerage account? Is the annuity included, in any manner, in the download?

Because if the answer to those is NO, I'd be inclined to set it up in an "Other Asset" type account
