Where did the account register cog menu go?

Using Quicken Classic Business & Personal for Windows R55.15

Just as another user mentioned in the following post, the cog menu that normally appears in the upper right of my register is gone. It disappeared during the most recent update. All that appears now is a blue plus icon to add a new transaction.

    It looks like you have changed your View to "Full screen"

    Go to View and un-check Full screen.

    I checked and I'm not in Full Screen view. I toggled in to Full Screen and back just to see if that made any difference but there was no change.

    I believe this to be some sort of bug related to their most recent update.
