(Re-open) bill reminders still being randomly changed to "skipped"?

This has been an issue for literally years now, this "closed" post from August 2023 had a note from Quicken Kristina saying the issue was being looked at:

Does the Quicken development team perhaps need some better folks working for them? I am looking for an alternative product at this point considering the amount of attention this bug and others are getting from the development team. I'd much rather have a solid product than new rarely-used features being added every year.
