In one of my investment account, the cash balance in the account is showing a negative amount.

Is there a way to adjust this negative amount to the positive cash balance in the account without effecting any other account. I don't want to transfer to another account.

You can click on the gear at the top right of the account and select Adjust cash balance.

But it would be a good idea to figure out why the account has a negative balance. Is it for example a 401(k) account where shares are being purchased but you are not transferring money in from your paycheck to supply the cash?
