Reconcile won't work

Trying to reconcile an account I keep getting the message their are no uncleared statements. I have reconciled in three months so how do I get around this very odd statment? Thanks

    If you are trying to reconcile to the online balance, and the online balance date hasn't been updated then you will get that error because the closing date used for the reconcile is before the transactions that are marked cleared or uncleared. Go to the Account Details → Online Services tab and deselect Reconcile using online balance. Start the reconcile and use "Paper statement" where you can put in the ending balance and date. Note that date doesn't have to be an actual statement date, you can use any balance from your financial institution's website that has the "cleared balance".
