Cant Setup Fidelity NetBenefits account
When I attempt to add a new NetBenefits account, the setup wizard will validate my credentials with 401k.com, but then just quietly exits. Where can I look for error messages or get some help with linking my account? I am on R55.26 (27.1.55.26)
I have created a simple account and cant link it, and I have tried to use the setup wizard and cant link. I have never connected to 401k.com so there are no old credentials or corrupted account info

Try creating a TEST file and setting up the 401k there. What happens?
