Quicken Classic bank downloads

With the last upgrade I received a notice that I cannot download transactions from my bank unless I agree to allow Quicken to download and track my transactions. I have paid for Quicken Classic for at least 20 years and now they are making me agree to send them my transactions data in order to download the transactions to me. Whats up with that????? My data is my data. Its no one else's business.

    @vhmorrison, what's the EXACT wording of the message that led you to that conclusion?
