@Gilles9 My observation is that most connectivity problems take weeks, not days, to get resolved. You report to Quicken, Quicken reports to Intuit. When it gets to the top of the queue at Intuit, someone works to determine if Intuit can solved the problem on their own, or if they need to reach out to the financial institution for help in resolving the issue. For many financial institutions, Quicken/Inuit is not at the top of their priority list, so things don't always move fast.
