Unable to add Chase Business account

I am using Quicken Classic Deluxe v R55.26 on a Win10 Enterprise computer. I have attempted multiple times to add a NEW Chase for Business account, and consistently receive the same failed outcome (See attached screen shot). Not sure if it matters, or not, but I do have a Chase issued credit card currently connected to the same instance of Quicken. This is my third attempt, and what should be a simple task, is presenting to be a challenge.

P.S. I am able to login to the website using MS Edge browser without issue.

    Account name is Capital One but you're trying to connect the Chase?

    Tom, the Capital One account just happens to be highlighted in the account list. Notice the pop-up box reference to "Chase bank" and the window on the left with the Quicken and Chase logo. At this point, the issue no longer exists. I was able to add the account yesterday, without experiencing the error condition. Not sure why it failed the day prior, and don't really care to investigate. Thanks for your reply.
