Quicken not downloading Investment information from FIDELITY since Sept., 2023.

There appears to be no answer solution as to why Fidelity is not downloading to multi Quicken users. All appear to report that the problems started in Sept of 2023 and have not been resolved. I found one discussion that was suddenly "closed" on January, 2024.

I download, successfully, from Fidelity Investments 6 days a week, Mon-Sat.

SO, are you talking about Fidelity Investments, or Fidelity NetBenefits, or some other Fidelity?

When you do TOOLS, Account List, what shows as the Financial institution and the download method?

And what BUILD of Q are you running and which Q product?
