Has American Express Credit Cards Stopped Downloading to Quicken?

A few days ago my AmEx download "account" disappeared. Tried to add a new AmEx account for downloading but was unable to connect. Checked my ID and password directly at AmEx website and it was working correctly. Has there been a change, I've had AmEx for ever?

If you haven't solved the problem by now … reboot Windows, restore Quicken data file from a backup created before the problem first occurred, Validate and Supervalidate your data file … I'd say it's time to contact Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
