CC-501 - Connecting a Chime Account

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
My Chime Checking account will not connect to Quicken when I try to set up the account. I keep getting an error message that says "Oops were having a problem"…CC501. I had this account connected previously however when I disconnected it (because of other issues) and tried to reconnect it, error message comes up. It also says that they are unable to connect to Quicken Services at this time…any suggestions?
