How to fix paycheck to get correct net payments in both Reminders and Projected?

After recent program upgrades, there seems to be an issue with Bills & Income functionality.

In the Payment Reminders section, paychecks are displaying higher figures, resembling gross amounts instead of net payments.

Additionally, in projected calculations, it appears to be using some unspecified lower figures. Consequently, the projected balances are significantly inaccurate and cannot be relied upon.

The projected balance is top feature for me and isn't working.

I run the Validate, nothing were found there.

Yes, I submitted the issue to Quicken support twice for the past several weeks.

    I run Super Validate - 0 errors.

I created new backup from validated file.

I restored from the last backup.

Nothing helped I have incorrect values for my paycheck in the Bills & Income reminders and balances.

Have you tried deleting the offending Reminder and setting up a new one to replace it? Every once in a while I see a post by someone stating that a Reminder has gotten corrupted and doing this usually resolves that issue.

    thanks for the reply.

yes, I deleted old reminder and created new paycheck - that fixed one time issues

my paychecks are not the same, and I have to update some in the paycheck reminder, as result this breaks this again.

if I try to add reminder from my checking account then from paycheck type it is created as just split income reminder, which isn't User friendly, as some items to be inserted as negative values.

Creation paycheck reminder every time is time consuming process, the edit existing reminder breaks to get correct net payment value.

I spent a fair amount of time thinking about this and, unfortunately, I can't really picture what it is that is happening so I'm afraid that I can't be of much assistance on this. If you have not already done so you might want to consider calling Quicken Support. They can work with you to remotely access your computer and then walk through it with you so you can show them what is happening. The call hours for Support are from 5am-5pm PST on Mon-Fri: https://www.quicken.com/support#contact-support .

If you are subscribed to Premier or Business & Personal you get premium support (it just moves you to the head of the queue so you don't have to wait so long). You can get the phone number for this premium support by going to your online Quicken.com account and calling the number that is listed there.
