Quicken Deluxe for Windows opens in a very small Window that needs resizing before use

Prior to updating to version R56.9 build 27.1.56.9, Quicken would always open to the size it was when I closed Quicken. Now it opens to a small box in the middle of the screen that I need to resize. What do I need to do so that Quicken remembers the size of its Window?

Also please ensure that Microsoft OneDrive (or any other cloud backup software) is not processing system files while Quicken is running.

Right-click on the Quicken icon on your desktop

Select "Properties"

In the Properties window	click the Shortcut tab (A).
Locate the Run: section	and click the down arrow on the right side (red circle).
In the drop-down menu	select Maximized (B).
Click Apply (C)	and then click OK (D).
