I'm no longer able to track my mortgage?

I use Quicken Classic Starter Edition on a Windows 11 computer.

I have been using this version for several years now, due to the price of Quicken climbing so much every year and have always been able to track not just my mortgage but also credit cards and personal loans.

However, I don't seem to be able to do this any longer? Do I need to upgrade to the next level, which is Deluxe?

How long have you been running Starter? Did the switch to Starter coincide with being unable to track your mortgage.

And, I don't believe that Starter has EVER been able to track mortgage accounts, only banking and card accounts.
