If you want help from this forum, you'll need to tell use what that issue is, what Q product and BUILD you're running and what's been done about it so far.

And, I don't believe that they'd provide me with YOUR issue … even with the ticket number.

@Paddy We are fellow users offering up our expertise. We are not Quicken employees and have no access to your support ticket. You have a couple of choices:
- Contact Support again to follow up.
- Describe your problem in detail here in this thread and maybe someone here can offer a suggestion.
Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Biz & Personal Subscription (US) on Win10 Pro.
