    We're other users and can't reference/view the support tickets.

    If you want help from this forum, you'll need to tell use what that issue is, what Q product and BUILD you're running and what's been done about it so far.

    @NotACPA You can call in and give that ticket number as it is Quicken's Ticket number tracking the issue.

    Why should I, when you can simply describe your issue? Or link to where you've posted it here.

    And, I don't believe that they'd provide me with YOUR issue … even with the ticket number.

    @NotACPA It's a ticket assigned to the problem. I asked them if there was a known issue and they gave me their ticket associated with it.

    @Paddy We are fellow users offering up our expertise. We are not Quicken employees and have no access to your support ticket. You have a couple of choices:

    1. Contact Support again to follow up.
    2. Describe your problem in detail here in this thread and maybe someone here can offer a suggestion.

    Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Biz & Personal Subscription (US) on Win10 Pro.
