where is "get started button"? (Q Mac)

I have Quicken Classic Premium for Mac installed on a new Mac. I've transferred the Quicken Working File from my previous computer, and want to open it with the new computer. But I can't find the "get started button" that I'm instructed to press.  ("Can't open file until you sign in. Press Get Started button.")
