Red Flags, BUT NO Transactions

Quicken applied an update today when I started the app. Following online update I have red flags on my accounts. ZERO transactions shown as downloaded in the registers.
I have several accounts and about two weeks of transactions to add.
How do I resolve this??

@BryanS01 - check the Pending Transactions tab at the bottom of the account register to see if you have any pending transactions.

yes. Nothing is pending.
