Transaction Report doesn't match register?

I use transaction reports regularly to help answer questions and to make sure things are correct. I hit an unexpected discrepancy today that I don't understand.

Here is the register.

And here is the transaction report for the same transactions.

Why are the amounts and balance different?

A little context that might help. I have some of my retirement accounts automatically download and a couple of them don't download exactly correctly so I have to massage the entries. For example, a dividend that is reinvested is download as a Dividend (so my balance goes up) but it is actually reinvested so I just edit each one of those and change it to Reinvest and it's done. Another has to do with managed account fees and it doesn't show the actual expense but just the Sell for the expense so I add a transaction to capture the expense basically so the cash balance is $0 like it should be.

Your report is showing only the RLZDGain … not the entire transaction … I.E., the cost basis of those shs sold.

Darn it. How did I miss that? Thank you. I'll poke at that and see why that is the default.

@Scott Lindner - I think the other issue you have is that you are using a Bank Transaction report for an investment account. Whenever you are reporting on investment transactions that include shares, you should use an Investment Transaction report.
