How do you add business and real estate accounts to the Quicken Mac on the new Mac OS Sonoma 14.4?

I don't see a place to add real estate account to the desktop Quicken on Mac. Let me know where this is possible as the subscription says you can add business and real estate accounts.

We have 2 properties and would like to separate the units into separate accounts if possible.
