    It would be helpful if you provided more information. I don't understand what your post or question is about.

    • Do you want to know how to do a Reset?
    • Or are you experiencing an issue? If so, what is that issue?
    • Are there any error messages or codes and, if so, what are they?
    • Quicken does not have an actual "CD" account. Is the type (from the General tab of Account Details) shown as Savings, Investment or what?
    • Who is the financial institution?
    • What`is the connection method? Direct Connect, Express Web Connect, Express Web Connect+ or Web Connect? (from the Online Services tab of Account Details).
    • Which edition and version of Quicken are you running? (from About Quicken)
    • Is your subscription active? (from About Quicken)
