CLOSED 10/11/24 Ameriprise Brokerage 133 Web - $0 Investment Account (IRA) Balance
Users will not be able to connect with their investment accounts. Due to the ongoing $0 investment account balance issue. We know the issue with Ameriprise Brokerage downloading investment accounts with $0 balances. This mainly occurs on QMAC using Quicken Connect.
This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
