US Bank Online Bill Reminder - No Accounts Found

Having the same issue as this thread which was closed but does not seem to be resolved.

I have successfully connected US Bank, can see the balance and transactions, but when creating an online Bill I get the same screen - No Accounts Found.

If I create a manual bill reminder, then it leads to Cloud Synch issues as now the bill reminder is not able to be synched and the to/from transactions will not synch.

Any ideas of how to remedy this?
