Is it possible to designate our subscription as a Tax Exempt subscription for a non-profit?

We are a Boy Scout Troop and use Quicken Business & Personal for our Troop financial tracking. We just upgarded from Classic Deluxe. We were charged 9% sales tax, even though we are tax exempt in Illinois, our home state. I don't see anywhere in our account we can designate ourselves as Tax Exempt. Any ideas how this can be accomplished? We have the paperwork from the State indicating the Tax Exempt status and our Tax Exempt number. Thanks.
