CLOSED 7/1/24 First Republic - Server Shutdown FDP-390

We have been informed that First Republic bank was acquired by Chase and they're doing a hard shutdown of their Direct Connect services. Customers with First Republic Bank will see a 390 error when trying to add or update accounts. Services are expected to be available again on 28 May 2024.

UPDATE 6/22/24

All First Republic accounts must be disconnected then reconnected through Chase. To do this, please follow these steps:

Backup your Quicken file.
Deactivate all First Republic accounts.
Reconnect the accounts by going to Tools>Add Account (Quicken for Windows) or Accounts>Add Account (Quicken for Mac).
Select Chase, then follow the prompts.
Make sure to carefully re-link your accounts to the correct accounts in Quicken.
