transfer between fidelity accounts not downloading completely

I transferred money from a Fidelity retirement account to a regular brokerage account. Fidelity's site lists the transaction with a date of May 20 with the right cash balance. Today, May 25, Quicken is showing the normal distribution in the retirement account with the correct date of May 20, but nothing in the receiving account—neither in the investment account nor the linked checking account.

I've seen pending transactions, but this is no longer pending. Any suggestions about how to troubleshoot this?

Many thanks,

Jeanne

Aha! Thank you. The category was blank. So I checked the last distribution and saw that the category should have been the receiving account. I entered that and the all-cash transaction popped up in the brokerage account's linked checking account.

    Many thanks.
