Ally bank checking and savings accounts not downloading transactions

I have Ally Checking and Savings accounts and transactions haven't downloaded for the last month. The one-step update completes without errors but there aren't any new transactions. The update summary shows the correct balance for the accounts (therefore the one-step update did connect to the server and download something as that value matches the real account balance) but the transaction log (and account balances within quicken) are wrong because they're missing transactions over the last month. Weirdly enough the exact same issue is occurring for my Discover Checking and Savings accounts (both Ally and Discover are using the Quicken Web Connect connection method.)

I tried resetting both Checking and Savings accounts but that didn't help. After the reset it still has the same missing transactions and if I perform a one-step update the summary shows the correct online balance but it doesn't download any transactions.

    You're not alone having problems with Ally.

    Ally Bank downloads not working...

    I downloaded today and new transactions were received for Ally Checking and Savings accounts (and also the Discover Checking and Savings accounts.) Still, the transactions for last month didn't download, but at least newer transactions have started to download.
