Issues with Fidelity & NetBenefits Integration & Ingestion

To Whom This May Concern,

The only yet very big issue I'm running with Quicken is with all things Fidelity related.

Problem # 1: Quicken does not recognize my current 401(k) account, even though I've made it available via NetBenefits for all 3rd Party Entities.

Problem #2: When integrating Quicken with my Fidelity's RollOver IRA and S.E.P. IRA, none of the transactions are downloaded. And the total balances are either double or triple what it should be.

Quicken

  • Version: 56.9
  • Quicken Build 27.1.56.9
  • Subscription: Classic
  • Business & Personal

Operating System:

  • Windows 11 Pro
  • 23H2
  • 22631.3593

Note: This is a New Machine with a New Install and a Fresh Configuration.

Any troubleshooting and resolution would be highly appreciated.

Regards,

Ali

For your 401k, what financial institution name are you using? Same question re: problem 2.

re: the amounts. Are the securities in the account placed there via "ADD Shares" or BUY transactions?

And, for the amounts to be off, either the the number of shares, or the quotes, or both needs to be incorrect. Which?
