I have a home that is now rented out and being managed by a property management company. I would like to track the rental income and the expenses going toward the property. Is there a way to do this with Quicken Premier or do I need to upgrade to Quicken Home & Business?

I accomplished this using Quicken Deluxe.

    From Quicken help:

Quicken Deluxe has built-in categories for rental property
expenses and income. These categories are useful for tracking
rental income, property management fees, maintenance and
repairs, mortgage interest, property taxes, insurance, and other
related expenses. By categorizing your rental property
transactions accurately, you can easily monitor your rental
property finances and generate reports to help with budgeting
    and tax preparation.

Since you are only dealing with your interaction between you and the prop manager, any version of Quicken could track it. The business version would be useful if you were dealing with the renters and tracking information at that level.
