Amazon detailed transactions

Hi! I have a lot of transactions labeled Amazon. Is it possible to connect my Amazon account and download details on the transactions. Further, can I individually categorize the items so that I can track spending by item, not by purchasing location?

It isn't possible to connect to Amazon to have your purchase transactions broken out by item automatically, you have to do all that yourself. But it certainly is possible for you to turn those Amazon transactions into split transactions & assign different categories to individual items if you're willing to put in the work - I do that all the time, not just with Amazon but with department stores like Walmart, Target, Costco, etc.
